Площадь завода Higer Bus в Сучжоу составляет 950 тыс. кв. м, на его территории расположен испытательный центр. На предприятии осуществляется лазерная резка, роботизированная сварка и покраска, а также катафорезное грунтование кузовных деталей. Готовые части и необходимые комплектующие перемещают по цехам роботы-доставщики. Объём инвестиций в производство составил 200 млн. юаней. На предприятии работают более 4 тыс. сотрудников.

On November 9 the SCANIA-HIGER new luxury coach manufacturing plant was officially put into operation, marking a new milestone in the history of HIGER. With a total investment of 200 million RMB, the new factory covers an area of 22,004 square meters and is able to manufacture 1,000-plus units per year.

In 2007, HIGER officially signed an agreement for strategic cooperation with SCANIA. From just a single production line to a whole new factory, SCANIA-HIGER has accomplished several transformations. As of 2015, the number of SCANIA-HIGER luxury coaches reached 2,035 units across the world. To date, SCANIA-HIGER luxury coaches have successfully made their way to over 40 countries and regions across the world, including UK, France, Belgium, Germany, and Australia. It is now one of the leading brands from China in the overseas high-end bus market.
