NEW HOLLAND LAUNCHES NEW T5 TRACTOR RANGE

the new T5 Tier Series carries over the heritage of the excellent T5000 Series with improvements in its compact size, big performance and competitive price;

At the heart of the renewed mid-range offering is the new T5 Series with five models ranging from T5.75 up to T5.115. The wide range of powers and transmission options ensure there is a model to match every requirement. The heavy-duty models increase the Gross Vehicle Weight to 6,500kg. The VisionViewTM cab offers outstanding visibility and ultimate comfort.

The T5 Series is available with a wide choice of transmissions to match the different requirements of customers. The entry-level 12x12 Synchro ShuttleTM transmission offers traditional robust operation with positive direction changes. The 12x12 Hydraulic Powershuttle delivers ergonomic fingertip direction changes without letting go off the steering wheel. The Split CommandTM transmission is the choice for operators requiring to finetune speed to adjust it for every operation. The new 24x24 Dual CommandTM transmission features a Hi-Lo Splitter full load powershift that delivers outstanding efficiency and a tailored shuttling performance.

The full T5 range is available with either two- or four-wheel drive, and can be specified with New Holland’s legendary SuperSteerTM axle that delivers a maximum turning angle of 76 degrees.

The spacious VisionView cab provides outstanding all-round visibility, which has been further improved by the new single wiper blade with 200-degree movement and extra wide-angle mirrors. For loader operation, a roof hatch can be specified to provide unrestricted view on the raised arms.

All the controls in the cab are ergonomically laid out, while many elements are adjustable to create a comfortable work station tailored to the operator. The instrument cluster moves in conjunction with the fully tiltable steering column, ensuring a permanently unobstructed view. The IntelliViewTM IV touch screen monitor puts the operator in control of all the main parametres.

A choice of seats is available, offering varying degrees of comfort all the way up to the deluxe air-suspension version, as well as a full-sized instructor seat. The efficient air conditioning system can deal with the hottest conditions as well as the coldest days. A simple to operate radio is integrated in the cab and an MP3 auxiliary plug is available.
