Case sister company New Holland launched nine new construction machines at the Samoter exhibition in Verona, Italy, including a 20 tonne wheeled loader for high production applications.

The new C Series wheeled loaders include three new models, the W170C, W190C and the 20 tonne W230C. All sport Tier 4 Interim engines with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology and are said to offer more power, lower fuel consumption and greater productivity.

The W230C features a 168 kW engine and a 3,6 m3 bucket capacity offering greater tipping load weight and breakout force. New, heavy duty axles can cope with the most hostile environments and are ideal for working in applications such as waste and scrap handling, quarry, biogas, or compost handling.
