At the IFAT 2014, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, which takes place from 5th to 9th May 2014 in Munich, Liebherr has a stand with approximately 300 m² of floor space. In hall C3, at stand 243/ 344, Liebherr presents four special machines for material handling: two material handling machines with mobile undercarriages LH 22 M and LH 26 M, a wheel loader L 538 with parallel linkage as well as a type TL 441-10 telescopic handler.

In the outside area covering 3,000 m², the Confederation of German Steel Recycling and Disposal Companies e.V. (BDSV, Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Stahlrecycling- und Entsorgungsunternehmen e.V.) demonstrates the proper way to drain end-of-life vehicles. As a member company, Liebherr provides an LH 30 M material handling machine to convey items to a shredder plant. And there is also an additional item of Liebherr equipment: an L 550 wheel loader with industrial lift arms.
